Overall the hotel was lovely. The location was lovely and safe. The rooms are not 5 star i would say 3 star. The air condition was poor. Small beds and small blanket. The staff at hotel were ok. I think they pay more attention to other tourists as they may get tipped more. Example when we went go restaurants they would run after them and fill there glasses with water and they didn’t really pay much attention to us even at the entertainment place they would run after people and make space felt like we were ignored. The food was ok not really Turkish food European food even at Turkish night not proper Turkish food. Good thing they had chills on side. They didn’t really put what was veg on certain dishes made it little confusing as most of us are vegetarian. The pool area was lovely and the entertainment team was amazing so jolly and always happy to help. The spa so we booked the first day and last day the therapists were good but we were given 2 hours it finished in 1 hour 30 minutes. But it’s very good experience I would recommend it in hotel not else where due to the experience. Jenny was lovely. The hotel it self is safe you have the green bus you pay 20 lira takes you to the grand bazaar and all sorts it’s good. I advise you have cash as some shops only want cash.

The entertainment team was fantasic. Zayn and chicoo was amazing. barstaff was amazing especially omar! a very good place to stay in marmaris. beds are quite uncomfortable however the maids are able to give u a matress topper which helos out.
